"I wanted to share my wonderful experience at Wheel Sports on 5th Avenue St Pete! I recently purchased an electric conversion kit from Swytch bikes. Because Swytch is a new company in the bike world I was challenged to find a place that was willing to put it together. Bill from AWS was informative on the phone and told me if it was not safe he would not work on it,(which I respect) but also Carl who would be doing the work on it had already put together 2 of them for other customers. Bill inspected the bike and said it was a go! I had come in on a Friday and they weren’t sure if I would have to leave the bike for a few days but they did it within 24 hours for me so I could pick it up before I go out of town on Tuesday and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. The bike store was immaculate and Carl and Bill are very experienced and accommodating. I knew walking out that I had a safe electric bike that I can have fun on and if I have any issues I had a great place to get it tuned up! Thank you guys for all your hospitality and great customer service. I will be back for sure!!"
"The employee I spoke with had a weird attitude with me from the moment I walked in. Made something very simple into something complicated and contentious. They ended up not being able to help anyway. I went to another bike shop close by. Told them my issue and they fixed it in front of me in five minutes. It was a very pleasant experience and they only charged me $10. Enough said."
