"Pre & Post ride visit. Personal bike, not rental. Pre - picked up some water and sunglasses, super friendly and spent the time to show not just tell me how to swap out lenses on some Smith sunglasses. Will see if they last longer than my Oakley's. Post - 3hr session, chain came off 5-6 times and stopped into the shop before heading home. Asked techs if they had a chain guard and explained what was happening, employee and customer asked me a few troubleshooting questions. Came out to my truck and Educated me about my bike and why chain was coming off (clutch derailer?). Explain how I could use the clutch for different types of riding. Super friendly staff and customers. So relieved that it's not broken components and now I know more than I did before thanks to these solid dudes. Will be back to Ride Santos Trails for sure and recommend to anyone I talk with to visit the bike shop."
"This is the 2nd bike I have purchased from Santos. This time I had the pleasure of working with TJ. He was very thorough and answered every question. Even when Cat Trike screwed up my order TJ got it back on track and on schedule. In my humble opinion, if you go somewhere else you don't get TJ so don't bother going someplace else. 5 stars."

"Sunday we stopped in this shop for my first time. We were greeted as we entered by the lady at the register and she asked us how she could help us. As I was telling her what we were looking for, the gentleman in the parts department heard me and had my stuff ready by the time I made it to his counter. We could have been in and out of there in under 5 minutes. But I had questions...the lady at the register pulled up some options to show me. She discussed with me the pros and cons of each option (trail/paved) and personalized it by sharing with me that a friend had one of the options and how it worked for her riding with her child. A perfect bike shop experience."
