"Nice community for many years. What is being allowed to be refined directly against properties of its homeowners who thought they were moving next to open space or possibly recreational space. Requesting a count of names collected at meeting to stop the rezoning to make millions for the developers. Names were collected by multiple people during the useless unorganized event in an overcrowded VFW hall that only was there to make money at the open bar that night . Even the microphone that could have provided some with information being discussed conveniently was not working that night No BOD reps there The sheets should have been collected into locked boxes to be opened and counted during recorded session of the next meeting. Wayne went the extra mile by providing meals for two late arrivals. From the planning to the eating, Wayne was patient, cooperative, and delivered an amazing buffet. "I had my wedding reception at the clubhouse March 2nd, 2019 and it was absolutely perfect. I got so many compliments on the food, staff, and aesthetics it was amazing. Wayne and Lois were there every step of the way to make sure that all of my questions were answered and I was happy with my big day(: Everything went perfectly and I highly recommend. This is a beautiful place to have a wedding or any kind of party and not break the bank."
"Attended a wedding there. Tables, plate settings, flowers, decorations, all looked lovely. The food was surprisingly very good. The dancing floor is plenty big. The stage also plenty big for a DJ or performances. The bathrooms clean and well supplied--very presentable with a full-length mirror. The wedding cake was large and served on its own table with plenty of room around the table. The gift table was large enough, easy to find and with plenty of room around it. It was a wedding reception of about 200 and a good time was had by all. I would rent it for my own event and recommend it."
