"For those people thinking about purchasing a home in Heritage Pines, I thought it would be useful to write a review of the 18 hole golf course. Played the 18 hole golf course at Heritage Pines 55 and over community on a reciprocal the second week of July because our course was closed for aeration. We found the course to be very playable and reasonably forgiving. Their signature hole that you can see from County Line Rd is a good representation of course conditions. There are some long golf cart rides between greens and tees. Their community bylaws do not let you walk the golf course because of the these long green to tee layout. Pro shop was excellent. Paid the guest fee which was very fair. Pace of play was excellent. Tees were overall in good shape. Fairways had only very minor summer weeds but there are no bare spots on the fairways. The course has access to reclaimed water. Course is fairly wide open. The course has multiple tees to meet the age/ability needs of the membership. The greens were very large. We were told that they reworked the greens awhile back and the slope/complexity was reduced. The condition of the greens was exceptional. You can make putts on these greens with a fair green speed. Had lunch at the Pub at the end of the round. Food and drinks were excellent and priced very fair. We were very pleased that we were able to play this course and enjoy our round. We will return next summer on a reciprocal to play the course again."

"Quite possibly the rudest most entitled group of people I've ever met in my entire life. They're even rude and disrespectful to the delivery drivers and newspaper delivery people. I'm pretty disgusted at how some of you treat people just because you think money makes you important."
