"Worst builder I've ever dealt with. Dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent. They refuse to use licensed contractors for work after you close, and won't honor their promises they've given you unless they give it to you in writing, even then they change the meaning of their words to benefit them. Run as fast as you can. Oh, and apparently their workers are well trained in duct tape usage."
