"Buyer Beware. Not comparable to Lowes or Home Depot. There is no comparison between them or any other hardware store including Ace Hardware. They charge a "restocking fee", which is arbitrarily set at the managers discretion. I bought a steel electrical box for approximately $104.6. At the time of purchase, I verified that I could return it back to the store if it didn't fit my requirements for a full refund. Two days later when I returned it, the store manager told me that he would normally charge a restocking fee of 25%, however in my case he would only charge me 15% also as a special favor today he would only charge me a 10% fee. At the time of purchase no mention was ever made of a restocking fee. The manager told me that they charge fees for higher priced items. Please verify about the return policy including restocking fee before buying from here."
