"They did not do any floor preparation! I do not recommend. We had beautiful floors installed prior to moving into our home three years ago. This year the planks started separating and warping. After several inspections, talks & emails Tile Metrics is refusing to take ownership for improper installation. Do not use!! replay: To Rolando, I believe the evidence speaks for its self. You continue to blame the small HVAC water leak that was contained and cleaned up immediately for the flooring issues in other parts of our home. You told us our house was full of mold and the "off gasing" was causing the planks to warp. We have supplied you with two seperate inspection reports, two mold reports (all negative), videos and photos that all conclude that the true issue is faulty instillation. It's the lack of a moisture barrier, the open cracks in the foundation, the unfilled holes from carpet removal, the piles of dirt and unleveled surfaces that are causing the problems. It is not the small amount of water that contacted our waterproof LVP."
