"I have order multiple special tools for HD diesels, tools are above and beyond in quality/craftsmanship! Always have received them the very next day, won't buy from anywhere else!"

"Purchased the 7.3 LTR rear main installer kit. This kit does not push the wear sleeve all the way on. You will have to tap it with a brass hammer. It does install the seal completely."

"Called on Friday at 4:40 PM and asked the guys if there was any way to get a Volvo spring bushing socket sent overnight. Guys were more than helpful, finished the transaction and made sure it got to me by Saturday morning. GREAT TOOL AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Poor customer service. I purchased a liner protrusion gauge from them and it stayed completely untouched in its case for a while as there was no use for it during that time frame. Had the opportunity to try it and to my disappointment the gauge was stiff and was not returning via spring pressure. After a little bit and playing with it I was able to free it up to allow it to return and read, unfortunately the gauge was inconsistent and not reading correctly after each use. Disappointed but I understand these things happen so I emailed them. To my amusement they're instantly blaming me for mishandling the tool and saying I'll have to pay for a replacement part as they inspect each tool before shipping it. This may be the case but I've dealt with numerous occasions where I've installed faulty parts that were new and inspected from vendors during my career as a heavy equipment technician. This is a shame since they have a very nice selection of tools on their website, however being instantly blamed for a faulty tool is not acceptable and I recommend not dealing with Ferrum Tools."

"I have bought all of my special tools for my new shop from Ferrum. The tools work good as they should. The one thing I like the most about them is the amount of precaution that goes into packaging. Sometimes it's a process just to get the tool out of the box due to all the bubble wrap. That's great when these tools are for very precise jobs. I will continue to give them my business with confidence."
