"I'll give Miami STAR 0 stars if I could. They have the worst customer service. They have like 50 employees but no one can never answer the phone. Victor and Jesus have the wrost attitude ever. You call to order filters and they give you attitude like if you're calling to get free filters. I don't recommend"

"Sold me a bumper made by aranda with no brackets. Called to get it resolved was told number comes with no brackets and look like this one came off display with obvious signs of being hung on something. Couldn’t come up with a resolution so I reached out to aranda who instructed me they send all the bumpers to their distributors with all parts included. When I informed Miami star about this the kept up with the this particular bumper doesn’t come with brackets. Well how the hell do customers mount a hem. After 2 weeks aranda sent me the brackets through a chrome shop in Georgia and all they ask was to pay for the shipping. Will not by anything else from Miami star. Have receipts to prove all I have mentioned."

"Sent me a bumper with no mounting brackets. Wanted to resolve this without leavening a comment. These people refuse to work out a solution saying this bumper doesn’t come with mounting brackets. No one company sells a bumper without bracket. Found out that aranda out in Cali made this bumper. They said all they bumpers come with brackets. Miami star didn’t want to even give me the manufacturer info. I will be posting on better business next with messages of me trying to resolve this issue and the photos of the bumper with no mounting brackets. Plus it looks like mine came off display. It looks like it was mounted to something and then shipped. Will not shop with them at all anymore. And before they send a message claiming they tried working to resolve be wise I have screen shots off all messages where I even asked to pay for over night shipping for brackets if they had them. Photos show the little screws they sent me already attached to the bumper. I literally just took it out the box and placed in front of truck. People here is rude and loves to keep hanging up on you."
