The larger corporate rental companies were so over priced I almost gave up. Was just too much money to justify spending on putting in sprinklers and grass in a postage size yard. Ryan gave me such a good deal I was able to purchase sod vs trying to plant seed. Ryan dropped our equipment off same day after hours so we would have extra time to complete the project.
