Be sure to ask to view the door you are purchasing before actually making the purchase as lots of their doors aren't even available in the showroom and they don't accept returns at all even if the doors have not been installed. Their customer service is horrible and extremely unprofessional. I've ordered here several times and each time is the same bad attitude, rudeness and lack of product in the showroom. Save yourself time and go somewhere else."
