"Glad I chose them! I live out of state and was nervous about which company to chose to do the work of replacing carpets of a house destroyed by cats. My wife refused to live in a house that smelled like cat pee. Haha. So, I explained my situation and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I received a quote with carpet options very quickly. They also describe their plan for dealing with the cat smell. Once we decided on the carpet it was ordered and a date to install set. On the installation they went above and beyond helping me. "Note: We live in Lake Nona and SC&F gave me no issues with working with us although they are 45 minutes to an hour away. If you live in Lake Nona, give SC&F a try and ask to speak with John! We recently hired Sanford Carpet and Flooring (hereafter SC&F) to install some beautiful LVP in our upstairs bedrooms and tile in the ground floor office. SC&F was recommended by our painter who also recently painted my entire home before we moved in. Quotes were timely, price was very reasonable and the job was very well done. We worked mainly with John who was very knowledgeable and a just all around great guy. We met John at the store in Sanford and had a lot of help picking out our LVP. They have a lovely storefront. We were on a strict time frame to get the work done and John came through by securing our materials well before delivery date (some sort of magic!) and getting them installed ASAP. Thank you John! The two gentleman who installed the LVP were timely on their arrival, very respectful and neat, finishing all 3 bedrooms in 1 day! They did a wonderful job. And I can't forget about Rick and his partner....they were excellent tilers. My new tile floor looks absolutely incredible. Personally, I can't recommend SC&F enough! "Visited this company based on the recommendation of my new neighbor and a family member. Needed over 900 sq feet of carpet replaced in my new home. I was running into a problem of finding a carpet I liked but having a long (13 to 28 days) delivery time quoted. Not including scheduling the installation date on top of this. This company not only help me pick out a carpet style that worked in my space and I liked. The delivery time of the carpet was only 4 to 5 days and installation was scheduled (ASAP) the day after they received it. (Which was last week for me.) I went slightly over my budget for this project. However having everything done and being able to finally set up my furniture was worth it. Special shout out to the father and son installers who to my embarrassment I did not catch the names of. Hard workers and very nice people."
