I dedicated that day, found a truck etc. so they sell me another brand instead. I called today to complain and the owner said he just got that brand so now I can return it. The meaning is to rent another truck which I am not going to do. **The client must receive truthful information by phone."

"I asked for a quotation 3 days ago called 3 times to know what happened with my solicitud the offer to call me back the fiat time then I called again 24 hours latter and they told me they have my quotation almost ready and then I called them again 2 hours latter and they asked for mail email address my name and my company name and offered me a call with an answer and I’m still waiting. 3 days 3 calls and a email with confirmed reception for a simple quotation and not even a courtesy call to me explain me what’s happening. I really don’t understand how the have good reviews (I’m starting to believe that the make their own reviews) it’s impossible to show interest in your client business with so poor costumer service and low professionalism."
