"Bad review they won't show. I'm a pro customer at Home Depot it took me an hour to check out cuz they don't believe that I own the card numbers that I gave them. They insisted on calling my boss my boss told them that the reason he gave me the card numbers was for them not to call him. These people at this Home Depot or a joke you can not get a manager when they ask their on vacation permanently"
"Waiting time is horrible. Understaffed on the weekends ? What a joke. Want to do a phone sale, stood in line for 45 min, watched numerous customers come in after me , get service before me because they purchased online. Normally I use the pro desk for phone sales, had to use customer service desk, they suck. Need a new policy."
"The people are so friendly and welcoming! The Pro Desk makes sure to go above and beyond the call of duty and make sure we the customer are completely satisfied with thier services! The Pro Truck driver even went as far as bringing the material in to my home, he provided best customer service to me and my family!"
"Yesterday i was buying some wood and a brad nailer. I was with my little girl and she suddenly got a nosebleed at the moment i was close to the pro desk area and asked the guy guarding the door to help me with some paper towels. Also the lady doing the chekouts was there and neither one helped all he could come up with is the moist towelettes tgey have in the front i needed something to soak up all the blood and all they did was stay there and not help at all. Never coming back here again you guys are useless. I asked him multiple times and all he did was look at me with a stupified look i just got my girl and left."
