"Beware of working with this company! -make sure you get everything they say in writing and ask LOTS of questions regarding pricing throughout your project (IN WRITING). I dealt with Erika as a sales rep and she will say anything to get the deal, she told me things were included in the total price when they were not. She also failed to notify me of a price increase to my project until after the work was completed and there was no turning back. When I confronted her about this additional charge she refused to take any blame, even when I pointed out our signed contract and exactly where she did not follow their own policy. After spending over $15,000 on a small bathroom she did not even offer to meet me half way on my owed refund request and insisted on pointing fingers, refusing to take any blame for her mistake. She looped in her manager Michele who was just as unpleasant. I ended up looping in my cc company to handle the dispute. Overall Erika's lies and mistakes cost me over $2.5k on top of my initial invoice. Very sad ending to working with this company since the worked competed by their tile profession, Travis, was actually beautiful."

"Our experience with the Brandon location of NAFFCO could not have been better. Product, pricing, customer service, and installation were outstanding. Of particular note were the services provided by Jay Leeper and by the installation crews. Jay not only provided my wife and I with the information required to choose the flooring that met our needs and wishes, he also quickly accommodated our post-Installation decision to install the quarter round we had previously rejected and did so quickly and at a reasonable price. The installation crews were equally outstanding. Each crew was friendly and professional - explaining options thoroughly when choices were available. Each completed their installations quickly and to our total satisfaction. We recommend Naffco Flooring and Interiors without hesitation."

"I would highly recommend Naffco to everyone. Starting with the sales representative professionalism, efficiency, helpfulness, promptness, and most of all his friendly spirit. Hats off to Naffco for their efficient scheduling process to install the flooring. The installers were friendly, efficient, professional, and careful. They made sure that there was a minimum amount of disruption during the installation. They moved all of the furniture and put it back in place. They cleaned up after the installation and made me feel like they cared about me and my house. Great Job!"

"BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE GREAT SALESMEN UNTIL SOMETHING GOES WRONG! When our carpet was installed last summer (2017), we noticed shortly after installation that the nail tacks in the thresholds that met up with the tile floors were coming through the carpet and you could actually feel the nails on your feet. I called the store and spoke to Jay, our salesman, who said he would put in a service request and someone would contact me. Never happened. I called the service department twice and no one ever got back to me. We took care of the problem ourselves. Additionally, we had to rewrite the check we gave the installers because apparently our installer got fired the same day and never turned in the check. We had to pay a check cancellation fee to our bank because of this. Fast forward 16 months - we experienced a water leak in our house that "flooded" two bedrooms that had the carpet in them. The company that came out carefully peeled back the carpet so they could remove the padding. The purpose of this was so industrial-grade blowers could dry out the carpet and get reinstalled. The padding was saturated and smelled really bad after drying out so we had to get new padding. What came as a surprise though was that when the carpet was peeled back, it revealed CHEAP padding underneath when we paid for 10 lb memory foam padding. They used the cheap padding in the walk-in closet and half of the bedroom. All of the other bedrooms had the correct padding. We even took pictures to show them the rest of the room but they said it wasn't necessary. The next day I took the padding to the store, our record was pulled up, and the salesman agreed that it was the wrong padding. Jay, the salesman that helped us originally, was off that day so we would have to wait for him to take care of things. The next day, I called to follow up (since no one called me) and was told a service request was sent it. Hmmm....I've heard that one before! Jay wasn't very polite to me and even suggested that perhaps they ran out of the memory foam padding and had to substitute. How in the world would he know that unless A) it was noted in my file and no one told me (or compensated me), or B) it is common practice for them. Jay provided me with the service department's phone number and a person I could speak to. I called and Jeanine told me that that it would be a couple of weeks before anything could be done. I explained that my house was a mess and that we had company coming in for Thanksgiving the following week. I asked if they could just refund the money FOR THE ONE ROOM that clearly didn't have the correct padding. She said she would talk to management and get back to me. That was two weeks ago and NOT A SINGLE WORD! The fact is that we paid for a certain product and they installed a cheaper one. We proved it and they still did nothing to rectify the situation. They are great while you are making a purchase, but if something goes wrong, they are not willing to step up and do the right thing. Buyer beware!"

"We had our stairs done in our new home with Naffco back in December, nesting for artival of new baby! It was a hectic time, and rush season with the holidays, Naffco was the 3rd place we checked out, and the the best! Art was friendly, earnest, and very helpful in taking care of us. He was honest and said they'd try to get it done before Thanksgiving, but no guarantees... we did get it done beautifully Dec 7th, but worth the wait knowing we went with a good company, sincere, and got a great deal with Art."
