"Update #2: They were so eager to make me a new appointment and re do my nails free of charge. I am so impressed by the level of customer service after a bad experience and will definitely continue to come back. My visit back was a great experience and my nails are perfect. Update: They very promptly reached out to me to remedy the situation and offer me an appointment to redo my nails. I have updated my review based on the great response / customer service and will update this accordingly based on my visit this week. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and I’m not sure I’ll be back after my last visit. Firstly, the man who did my moms nails was very rude to her and rough on her nails. She isn’t one to complain but has mentioned it to me a few times over the weekend. As for mine, I got dip done and the first nail broke within 2 hours by me just simply tapping against my dresser. While they were very accommodating for me to go back and have it fixed, within 36 hours 7 of my nails were breaking, the top coats peeling off for 8 of them, and the dip was all lifting off of all of my nails. I didn’t do anything rough on my nails or hands, and honestly was probably less rough on them than normal. Unfortunately I was out of town and could not get them fixed or redone. I may give them one more try and hope it was an off day for them, but for both of us to have a bad experience in the same go makes me a little hesitant."

"I’ve been here a few times before and always had Chanel who did the best job ever and was such a nice technician! However, it seems like she no longer works there. I went yesterday and had a guy do my nails at chair 10. It cost $95 (plus tip) and it’s a very poor job. I initially asked why the price was so high and they told me that they charge $20 (!!) to just add Chrome on my nails. I wouldn’t mind paying this if my nails looked good, but the shapes are slightly off, the sides are very messy, and the tips look chipped. So overpriced and mediocre work. Would recommend going somewhere else to get your nails done."

"BEWARE OF CHAIR 10 if I could give negative 5 stars I would. I paid 150 for a full set. That's usually the price of both my hands & feet AND he didn't state the price until after my service was done AND I tipped $10 on top of the 150. 3 days in & my nails are lefting & falling off. Not only is he super slow but the work is trash. When he was finished my nails already looked a week old. I called to get my nails fixed which would of been free of charge but who wants to go somewhere again after they weren't able to deliver the first time. Especially since this WAS NOT CHEAP. This location is in walking distance from victory & maui & they shouldn't be. Location is way too prestiges for bottom of barrel quality. I will NEVER go back, not even if my service is free. Shape is HORRIBLE, polish job is HORRIBLE. like ugh"

"There are nail technicians - and there are artists. Nina is a true artist dedicated to her craft. I showed her a photo of a style and she took the concept and made it even more beautiful than the photo. I have been coming to Omni Nails for a few months and am truly impressed by the level of service, professionalism and warmth exhibited by staff and leadership. And dare I say - a feeling of care. I thank Nina for always going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that the work is done to perfection. Thank you Omni Nails! Kudos to running an excellent operation."
