"I want to preface this extremely honest review with the fact that mistakes happen, nail technicians are people and despite this I am very happy with how my nails turned out. Jaime did a great job on my dip powder and chrome effect nails. And Laura as well on my chrome toes. My nails look beautiful! Now, the website for this salon is extremely misleading. It seems to be very well done and even mentions “beast mode” kind of artistic nails. However, upon arrival I was met with a subpar salon whose overall look that does not match their prices. And, yes those prices are correct. I spent $231.55 on a somewhat basic “design”, if you can call it that. In addition, they charge a $30 up charge for chrome nails which is an application of powder. In addition, Jaime seemed to be in a hurry the entire time. She cut one of my cuticles too short and left me with blood on my nail. Laura dropped the chrome powder on the floor and they both proceeded to use the same powder on my nails. Again, people make mistakes but the overall vibe their website portrays a level of professionalism that is just not there."
