"Today I had the “pleasure” of meeting the owner of this place. Deranged, to say the least. I am glad that there were other patrons around to witness her outrageously neurotic and disrespectful behavior and that they, just like me, will never return. I just wish that I remembered to pull out my phone and record her as words don’t do justice in describing today’s encounter …. screaming, shaking, threatening… I have already found myself another place to do my nails, of course. That was easy. What is going to be hard is for her to get the mental help that she needs, and I truly hope she does."

"Best place for nails in Miami. Andrea is a true artist. She is so talented and meticulous. Her work just keeps getting better and better. Yes, they are not the cheapest, however you do get what you pay for. They use Japanese gel that doesn’t destroy your nails and can lay chip free for more than a month. I have had one mani last me 5 weeks. Check out her impeccable work with these photos and video."

"I was so excited to visit this salon! I also do nails professionally but live in Pittsburgh. I paid $170 for an acrylic full set with a black base and some glitter. The acrylic wasn’t applied evenly to my cuticle, the thickness is inconsistent across all nails and some of dips and lumps. Was rly hoping for more. The cost didn’t match the product."

"I so wanted to love this place, but it just didn't happen. I booked two appointments both with different artists. They were both lovely people and so were the desk ladies. The vibe was nice, a bit different then your standard salon, but they didn't have any video art playing (which was one of the reasons I went) and the chairs were pretty uncomfortable. I dont know how the artists sit in them all day honestly. While both sets of nails were ok, they weren't exceptional and for the price they should have been perfect. The way the salon applies the nails is different and not in a good way. Both sets had visible bubbles in them from using the builders gel as a top coat. This is usually used under the nail art to shape the nail and is filed and covered. The nail art I got for my wedding is already peeling and it's only been 7 days, and the lines are REALLY inconsistent. I understand it's freehand but it was a rush job. I would have appreciated some extra care especially since they knew they were for my wedding. I wouldn't recommend this salon, since I know there are others that do a better job for a more reasonable cost. I should also mention that the prices for your nail art are not based on time but vicariously selected from a book of pictures of other nail art."

"Amazing! I’m so happy. I’ve had such a hard time finding someone who can do acrylics well... not only did Claudia do an amazing job on the acrylic, but the glitter gradient is on point! I am in love! It’s pricey, but well worth it for the consistent quality."
