"worst of the worst. ever. dirty, you will get infections customer service is so bad i have never experienced it in my life. no matter how polite you are, if you go back to fix a nail that chipped in the car on your way out, they will rip the entire gel off your nails and yell at you if you have a reaction. AND take pictures of you without permission to mock you. go here if you will expect to accept whatever the outcome of your nails are whether you like them or not. most horrible. the amount of times i came here to then be treated like a criminal for politely and nicely asking for them to fix 2 nails the following morning as well as saying i would pay for the corrections. stay away this place is trash."

"Been twice - they are super accommodating. I’ve had 2 different people do my pedicure and I have been happy with the results both times. Also a good one stop shop for eyebrows and all things spa. :) Sad I moved so I won’t be going any longer - but with all the places in Aventura, this is the best."

"For ten years I went to another nail salon and thought they often did a good job, the inconsistency and often long wait to be attended finally got me to seek out another location. I am so happy I gave Tammy Nails a chance! I have been going now for over two years and Luan, the nail tech I work with is wonderful. The staff is quick and friendly and the price is just right. I love to pamper myself and this a great place to do that and get the nice nails you want."

"I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now since moving to the area and I honestly don’t feel the negative reviews are adequately explained. The owner is highly accommodating and I generally stop by son a walk in basis yet I get the service. Granted the salon itself isn’t high end; however, so is the pricing and it’s only fair. The service nevertheless doesn’t disappoint. I communicate with the mail tech and let her or him know during the process whatever I like. Communication is always a key. If language is a barrier, literally point out your likes/dislikes. No one ever yelled back or disregarded my ‘wants’. Recently discovered a new tech Sandy; wonderful person and extremely helpful, patient, professional - she did twice exactly as I asked so far. Big shout out to her and thanks to the owner for making even walk ins feel welcome. I never found her to be rude as some reviewers pointed out; on contrary, during our brief exchanges she was a true pro. She regularly does my eye brow waxing. Perfect, efficient each time. I appreciate her keeping the prices very reasonable on my neighbourhood, despite the economy being what it is. Bottom line, communicate during the process not after the fact. So five stars for being accommodating and all of the above. Thank you so much."
