"BEWARE: DO NOT USE THEM ! We had used this company 2 times before , but the 3rd time was horrible. We bought a beige vinyl fence about 2 years ago, It has faded in most places so bad, it is almost white and looks horrible. On top of that, during this past storm, several panels blew out, and posts bent and were not cemented in. We now have to spend a lot of $ to get this fixed. The gates were never properly installed, so those need to be corrected. I had contacted the owners a while back about the fading, and they said the warranty was up and fading was normal and blamed our well. The sprinklers do not even hit the fence and some panels are brighter than others. They used the cheapest material possible. We had a beige fence for 13 years at our other house and it never faded. We had referred several people to use them thru the years, but never again. Don't waste your money !"

"Run away from them…During installation, they don’t know what they are doing, give false/wrong information that could have caused rift with my neighbor.1. Poor quality material… crack on the post cover and it flip out anytime 2. Customer service representative is wack,rude and unprofessional. I did installed my fence this year and just one hurricane, part of the fence came out while others in neighborhood still stands. I called to report about problem with the installation that it was not properly fixed, she said No warranty. The person I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional and dropped the call on me and stopped picking my call intentionally. We called a month ago to report about the post cover flying out and even misplaced and some broken. They refused to attend to that given flimsy excuse. I recommend Don’t do any business with them."

"Initial inspection and quote was fast but they didn't provide accurate information to the installers. They failed for a while to contact me about why they didn't finish the job. When I reached out to them to get it installed, they installed the fence too high and left 6 inches of clearance under the gate, rendering it useless for my small dogs. I had to reach out again to have them come by a third time to finish the job properly. Reasonable pricing, though."

"I was reluctant to get a fence because of the cost but Specialist Fence did such an amazing job that it was worth every penny. The gentlemen that did the work were quick, friendly and professional and my yard looks like paradise! They came and did the estimate the day I called and then helped me with the HOA application. Then they got me in a week earlier than originally scheduled and only took 4 hours total to get it done! Absolutely fantastic company!"
