"I understand there is product shortage everywhere. I work for an HVAC company that has the same problems getting materials whether it be refrigeration lines or even just equipment for HVAC. However this does not change customer service and experience. When speaking with someone on the phone trying to give you the explanation of what the “you need is insulting or laughing at them over the phone is unnecessary and unprofessional. I would not recommend calling this company if you want to be taken seriously."

Her knowledge combined with paintience and obvious organization makes ordering and picks ups a breeze. I have never been able to load materials, pay and leave a supplier within 10 minutes. We drive from sarasota passing multiple other suppliers just to work with Lumber and Fence and will continue to do so!"
