"I personally don’t ever leave reviews but as I told family and friends my experience at this nail salon, they strongly urged me to do so. If zero stars were and option then I’d pick that. The second I sat down, I should have known better. The man doing my pedicure used Unsanitized tools, even tho he barely did anything but cut the nails. No cleaning was involved. I also asked for my big toe to have acrylic on it because it was much shorter than my other one. A lady came over and put the acrylic to then put my (still un dry acrylic toe) back into the water. I even asked if she was sure. Then the man begins to file the acrylic toe and does a horrendous job. It was literally the shape of a bubble nail. I then told him and the lady that it was not okay and they said after the gel is done, they will file it. Which made no sense. I do nails myself. I was just in a hurry and had to get my feet done. Once the two were done I let them know that I was not happy with the service. They did not care. I was charged $45 for the “inconvenience” but then the guy asked me for a tip… I was in disbelief. But it gets worse. Because of the horrible shapeing of the nail, it was bound to get caught on something, which it did. My whole nail twisted back and now I have no nail on my big toe. I will be going through my bank and having my money reimbursed. It’s actually ridiculous that this gunk of a place is even allowed to be open."

"Convenient location near Publix at Northridge. Sky blue pedicure, the guy was ok. I had to ask him to fix it. He missed a spot or 2. Returned for manicure. The girl was good. Excellent at multitasking, she was doing day-trading on stock market the whole time. I felt invisible.. otherwise good. Nice massage chairs."

"Customer service is horrible. Inexperienced staff I stayed here for over 2 hours getting a pedicure I was the last one to leave owner did not try to rectify the issue I paid for deluxe pedicure received spa pedicure services toes was not polished properly and owner did not try to fix"

"I went in for a fill and they absolutely butchered my nails! I had to ask another nail tech to correct them after the first guy had no clue what he was doing. The second one did a little better but the overall job was soppy. Before they even polished it, they left some of the old color on and it got trapped between the old acrylic and the new acrylic. What did it for me was the fact that they still had the audacity to charge me and damn near argued with me when I said I didn’t like it. I do NOT recommend!!! Even my 12yr old said they look like a child did them."

"So I didn't listen to the reviews because I wanted to see for myself....Stupid I know.....this has to be the worst service ever, and my feet can be pretty bad so I don't complain. I'm sorry but the lady didn't even try to do them right, this is what they look like after she was done. She said my feet were dry and didn't have dead skin, barely did my toes, and cut my nails too short. Please if you read this listen to the reviews and save $20. It's not worth it."
