"I came here to get acrylic nails done, and they did exactly what I wanted so I was satisfied. But when I came back to remove the nails, they did a terrible job. They grabbed a tool and a nail extension and just jammed it under the acrylic nail, it felt like my whole nail bed was going to come off, and it felt painful. As hours passed by, one of my nails are still hurting so much."

"I visited in May 2023 and came for a pedicure and a short full set before my trip to Hawaii. As a woman started giving me a pedicure, a man pulled up on the side and started doing my nails at the same time. He glued 5 artificial nails to my nail bed and stopped after i asked a question about the different pedicure treatments. They gave me a menu/price list for the different types of pedicures they offered. There were several different options we could choose from. I wanted the most expensive option that included a glass of wine with other individualized services. I was mostly interested in the extra callus treatment. I asked a question about the difference between two of the services and the guy who was doing my nails got extremely offended for some reason. He began arguing with me about the two different pedicure prices and told me that the callus treatment was included in every pedicure. I explained that I understood what he was saying, I was just asking them what the difference was between the 2 different pedicure services. He proceeded to stop doing my nails and said if I don't like how they do nails, he won't do my nails?! I looked around the shop to see if a manager or another worker would intervene and tell him he was being unreasonable, but nobody said a word! He removed the 5 artificial nails from my hand and walked away! He lacked basic communication and comprehension skills and had zero professionalism. I finished getting my pedicure by the woman, and had to drive to another place at the last minute to get my nails done smh. Terrible place."

"If I could give this place zero Stars I definitely would. While getting a pedicure the male technician cut me with the clippers. I pulled my foot back and my toe started to bleed really bad. As I was watching him do my pedicure I realized that every utensil he was using was extremely rusted. This is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I am contacting the health department to make them aware how contaminated their utensils are and how filthy the actual business is. Please everyone be aware of coming here your HEALTH is more important than a rusted clipper."

"Went in Sunday for a soak off and Gel manicure by Monday nails were chipping Joe is great at pedis that's about it"
