"Went to pink plush for Halloween, and the customer service and service was impeccable. Everyone greeted me with smiling faces as they entered, they were very accommodating Tatiana the owner is always sweet, kind and she’s the best at slaying my nails. This time I as well got a pedicure for the first time and it was amazing!! The chairs were so big AND comfortable. Highly recommended professional and clean salon."

"I really was trying to be fair and understanding. I came 15 minutes earlier than the original appointment time. I waited till the owner finished a personal phone call and then basically was told she can’t service me at all because her next appointment was coming in and I didn’t have my nails soaked off as i informed her i will try too. My appointment was for 4:30pm and I was told to reschedule as her 5:00 came in way before 5:30pm as she mentioned. We discussed soaking off my nails due to pricing, not because she had another literally appointment right after. Sadly I walked out disappointed and felt like you prioritize her next appointment instead of me. I felt horrible but I still wanted to get my nails done by her. I showed her exactly what I wanted before hand and was going to settle for something I didn't want to accommodate her. My nail beds are in pain due to filing down and I'm so limited to doing certain things. I tried reaching out to another tech there but there's no availability. It was just a bad experience walking out unhappy and in pain. I've referred my coworkers to your shop because I love the vibe and experience. I got my makeup done there several times, but this time I was disappointed. After asking twice for my deposit back and she refused to service me ever again because of her unprofessional ethics, communication and scheduling. Another experience I waited 30 minutes for a tech to arrive. Appointment was at 12:30, she arrived at 1:00pm. I was charged full price. But when the tables turn and a customer is late, it’s a fee. Doesn’t make sense."

"I’ve been going to this salon for as long as I can remember, My nail tech Tatiana is super friendly and she definitely gets the job done, she’s always patient as I tend to change my mind about what style I want, and she takes her time. The salon itself is always kept clean and love the music that plays in the background. Would totally recommend this salon!"
