"I and my family have used this business for several years. I will never step foot in this salon ever again. My daughter was getting ready for prom and wanted tips, design and two colors. This is what we scheduled. She came home with short nails, no design and one color. We went back and they told us you can’t just change your mind when you leave the salon. I went back and forth with the owner, Joanne and she was just horrible to us and wouldn’t help us out at all. I had to take her elsewhere to get what my daughter wanted. It is very disheartening that you use a business for years and one time you complain they through to the wolves. Their loss!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I sat down, the man doing my nails acted like I was wasting HIS time by asking if he could do a design for me that I had a picture of. I don’t think they even know how to do designs there. There was a huge language barrier which is fine but instead of trying to respectfully figure out a way to understand each other he just blew off basically everything I said. I asked about pricing THREE times and he blew me off or said something under his breath I couldn’t at all understand. I looked over to two other techs there because I didn’t understand his explanation (or lack there of) of the difference between acrylic and powder. He yelled at them in his native language in what seemed to me, a hostile manner and the women just told me acrylic was better without explaining anything. Maybe other techs there are better but this older gentleman certainly seemed like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t want anything to do with what I actually wanted as the customer. I will not be going back. The nails aren’t great either. Way too much polish, bumpy and misshapen."

"They do a very nice job. Most of the technicians are pretty quick, which I prefer. It's always best to make an appointment, especially during season. And I hate to say this.... The prices are a little more reasonable than most of the other places around the area. I just hope this doesn't overcrowd the place where I won't be able to get in anymore. Lol"
