"If the woman when you walked in (presumably was the owner) had any inkling of how to be nice to customers, the whole experience would be better. She is always rude. The salon itself is dirty & the prices have gone up alot. The service is not worth it. Try another place like Venetian or The Studio. At least they appreciate you, the stations are clean and owners and staff are professionals."

"I tried La Vie nails, saw Sam, he was nice, fast, which is appreciated, but I have not loved either set of NexGen that he did for me. I got a full set done yesterday and realized today that they aren’t great, and that he put the wrong color on the accent nails. I called to see what could be done and was told “We can try to fix it, but if we have to redo them then you’ll have to pay for them.” I told them they lost a customer and hung up. There’s no way I’m paying you to fix the nails you didn’t do correctly. Most of the nails are crooked, he told me that was my nail shape, I had him remove one nail because you could visibly see that it place on the nail at an angle. The nails are not smooth, and the color on the accent is supposed be WHITE, and instead they’re PINK. He accidentally put the wrong color on one nail and didn’t fully take it off before putting on the proper color. So you can see the color underneath still."
