"This was probably the worst pedi I ever received in history . I made an appointment at 11:30 didn’t get serviced until 11:50 . The lady rushed my pedicure and literally only used water and soap no cuticle softener no callus removal nothing I didn’t get a massage or the warm towel it was extremely horrible."
"It's the best place to get your nails done! Mine used to break all the time but no more. Also Tam gives an Amazing facial and brows! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!"
"Gel nails look good at first, but don't hold up. They don't provide new, clean nail brushes for each customer, used brushes sit on sink. Good luck trying to get them to honor a gift card. They have a dozen excuses why they can’t honor their own cards. Update 2020- very few colors, seedy looking, lackluster nails and the manager is rude and manipulative. I gave it another try. I won’t again."
"The nail techs are rude one of the women yelled at her client for dropping the acrylic nail samples. They mislabeled their nexgen nail samples so I didn't get the color I asked for. I reluctantly paid for a manicure I hated! They didn't even offer a discount to try to make me happier about this horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone or give them my business ever again!"
