I made an appointment with “Johnny” I was maybe 10 minutes late at best it was raining and I had to drive there . He proceeded to tell me “oh! Sorry …well your late” and he took a walk-in. If your a loyal client not a good look on your establishment! Luckily I found a very nice salon with a beautiful atmosphere 2 blocks away and very friendly! Sorry…not sorry! Be more accommodating to your loyal clients!"
