"I was a walk in on a Thursday afternoon for a pedicure. The salon was busy (which to me means they must be good) and the wait was about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and my toes have never looked better. I got such an amazing service and I didn’t even get the deluxe pedicure! (I was short on time) I wish I lived closer, this is an amazing salon. Thank you again!"

"I’d give zero stars if I could. Terrible service, terrible outcome. I got healthy nails done and my nails started chipping and peeling the next day, I went back to have them fixed and the exact same thing happened that night. I called the next day, explained that I was not happy and that at this point I don’t trust them to redo them because 2 different people have already done my nails and they have chipped, peeled and just looked terrible. I requested a refund. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me. The girl on the phone just said sorry it’s been almost a week that’s what happens… we can’t do anything but have you come in and have someone else redo them. It’s been 3 days that SHOULD NOT happen. I don’t know about you but I personally don’t have time and can think of a million other things I can be doing then going to the nail salon 3 times in 1 week. Save yourself the trouble. I Do not recommend this place even if it was the last nail salon in town. DO NOT waste your money."

"I have gone to Bedazzle several times and had amazing experiences each time. I waited to write a review because of bad/inconsistent experiences at other salons in the past. This is the first salon I've been to after swearing off nail places for 6 months after getting infections from 2 different salons in the past year. I realized I don't give myself nearly as nice of a pedicure as the professionals do, so I took a risk to try this place. Bedazzle is very clean, and the techs are gentle on my nails/skin. Each time I've gone to Bedazzle, I've had a different tech (Andrea, Izzy, and Bobby). All of them gave me an amazing pedicure! All staff are friendly, accommodating, and professional. The value of services for the price is unbeatable. This is my go-to salon now."
