"I will start by saying when I called to ask about making an appointment and followed up with requesting information about the price range of pedicures offered and types of pedicures offered, I was rushed off the phone. Despite that and thinking “maybe they’re really busy”, I decided to head in and give them a chance. Well, upon arriving and being shouted at to pick a color, I paused to pick up the pedicure menu to decide what service I wanted, since I was rushed off the phone earlier. Once again, I was shouted at to pick a color, to which I responded, “I heard you, however, I would like to review your service options, please.” Off the bat, not a good start and I thought about walking out. Again, decided to proceed. Upon sitting in the pedicure chair and communicating my service requests, I was asked what color box I wanted. Aka, what scent. Well, I don’t want a “color” box, I want a specific “scent”. Since I reviewed the menu, I was able to specify the scent I desired. Good thing since the woman couldn’t seem to be bothered. I am pretty displeased with the service I received. It was rushed and harsh. When filing my nails, I felt the file scraping open my skin multiple times on my toes. After digging at my cuticles and pinching my skin, the woman just looked at me & said, “it’s alright.” WHAT?! The massage was also pretty hard and firm that I’m sure I will wake up with bruises on my legs. I also got charged extra after not being made aware of the additional charge at the time of service when told I needed the cheese grater callous remover. When reviewing the service menu, the “Deluxe Pedicure” also lists a “mud masque” as part of the service… but that never happened! To top it off, my service lasted exactly 32 minutes for a “Deluxe Pedicure” which is listed as a 45 minute service. (Start time was 1:58pm and time of completion was 2:30pm.) For an experience that was supposed to be relaxing & pampering, this was anything but that. Im really not a picky person or a hard person to please. I just wanted an afternoon of relaxation. The woman said, “I hope to see you again soon” upon check out but honestly, I’d rather drive 40 minutes to my preferred salon than come back here."

"Everything! Quality and service. They are patient, friendly, fast, skilled and good price too. I loved my nails. Very kind and different to the way that you commonly find in nails saloon."

"I had a great pedicure experience with one female staff but the male staff that did my nails was incredibly rude. I called ahead before coming in since I didn’t have an appointment and he said yes we have room come in. Came in 10min later and the male staff said were almost closed. Which stopped me in my tracks because that’s why I called ahead. He didn’t do very well on my cuticles and didn’t include the hand massage. Also didn’t use gel to lock in my dip. I’m really not one to complain about these trivial things but he was so rude I felt so unwelcome and rushed out. Paid $100 for all services that I usually pay $80 something elsewhere. Came back a week later because I can already see cracking on the dip. When I showed the same mail tech, he said “no one else comes back for these and no one shines a line on cracks just for you to see” overall horrible customer services. Never coming back."

"Everyone who works there seems very nice. I had a pedicure and manicure. Both came out very nice. I felt my person rushed through my pedicure. No one else was waiting for a pedicure. The furniture appears older with many scratches and dents. Tools appear clean, although they didn’t open them in front of me, they came out with a plastic bin with the tools inside. The counter where you dry your nails had some dust and fingerprints. Price was decent $47 for both."

"My mom found this gem on our search for a nail place to go for my wedding... needless to say, I will only go here for my nails now! We went with 9 of us for manicures and pedicures. ALL turned out perfect. They are so kind and detailed with their work. Tammy did my mom's nails, French tip and it was gorgeous. My mom has never been one to enjoy mani and pedi and she truly relaxes with Tammy. Ann did mine and my maid of honors nails. We both love her. She helps pick colors and her work is flawless. She gave me French ombre with dip and it was beautiful. To top off the experience, the salon is clean and they play great music! They took precautions for Covid and masks were worn by all. I highly recommend their services for everyday or a special event!"
