Now a days, is hard to find a great hair stylist, but Thanks God that I found Ruby over five years ago and I’ve been happily doing my hair with Ruby ever since. "Came here for a full highlight for the second time. The first lady jasmine wasn't available so i went to another lady at the same salon thinking since it was the same price and salon it would be the same work. I asked her to cut not even a quarter of an inch off my hair and she cut over an inch off and it's uneven. There's bleach bleed marks all over and jasmine had me come back twice to fix it and it's A LOT better but still not what i was expecting and not $210 worth. I paid for a blow and style as well but my hair was not styled on the completed hair appt of her fixing what he stylist so badly screwed up and i had to blow dry my own hair at the salon. I asked for a refund for my hair cut and jasmine was willing to give me a discount on my next foil or cut it for free the next time, with this being such a horrible experience i'll never let anyone there touch my hair with scissors so i asked for a restorative conditioner to repair the damage they caused and it would grow back faster and they reluctantly complied. I appreciate Jasmine fixing it but that's to be expected as a salon owner if someone screws up someone's hair this badly under your watch and at your salon, you have to fix it. DO NOT LET ROSA TOUCH UR HAIR IF U DONT WANT BLEED MARKS AND 2 INCHES CUT OFF YOUR HAIR when you told them 5 times at least to only cut not even a quarter of an inch off. Jasmine is great unfortunately i had a horrible experience with rosa and now i will never get my hair cut here again & idk if i'll get it done here again because i feel they were upset i asked for a refund on a haircut that truly looks like a kindergartener did it. Again jasmine is great and if you only let her touch ur hair i'm sure you'll be happy and she did her best to fix it which i do appreciate a ton but there's nothing she can do about the fact it wasn't done right the first time and bleed marks that bad aren't really fixable they're just less noticeable, my hair can't grow the whole inch back in a day and magically be even again, and my hair can't magically become not damaged from the 2 extra bleach processes it went through."
