"I love this Nail Salon. It’s always clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and when I asked if they could decorate my nails with a Christmas theme. They gave me with beautiful snowflakes and red bows! I love my nails! When I went to pay they said, for the month of December they are giving everybody 10% off. Yay! Winning!"

"The woman that did my nails was beyond rude! She asked if I wanted tips on my nails, I said no, to which she said good choice because those are bad for your nails. But then proceeded to complain the entire time about my nails being too short, so they wouldn’t come out right and be thick looking, how my nail beds were a bad shape, etc. meanwhile, she claimed to be a specialist in liquid gel nails. She was extremely fast and sloppy. She didn’t want to show me the nail colors, when she did she gave me an attitude because I wanted to see two different colors. She kept pulling the drier away before it was finished. I asked her to refile the nails because one side was longer than the other, again, giving me an attitude. She literally was huffing and puffing while doing my nails, and rolling her eyes. Was also on her phone A LOT. I was stunned. The nails came out with bubbles because of her not letting me finish drying them, which I told her. She acted like I was crazy and then AGGRESSIVELY drilled some of the polish off on two nails and repainted them, again super sloppy, and she didn’t even put a topcoat, which I mentioned to her. She said I didn’t need it because she put it on before she drilled the color off my nails (that makes 0 sense). When it came to check out, she said the cost was $60. I was quoted $40, so I told her that and asked why it was more. Again, she had a major attitude and I even showed her the prices on the website for reference and she said “pay whatever you want, I’m not going to argue with you about it”, ran my card and walked away to her client. I ended up paying $55 because that is what is listed on their website. I was extremely appalled by the service and behavior. My nails do not look good. I cannot stand it when people rush through a service. If you cant spend the time needed on each customer, then tell them to come back a different time. My nails or experience shouldn’t be affected because of someone’s bad time management skills, or just trying to fit as many people in as they can. She had a customer waiting after me, and I know that is why she was rushing."

"I brought my daughter and her friend here to get their nails done and we are super happy with the results! They were very hospitable and patient. Their attention to detail is amazing. Everything is clean and the nail supplies are sterile. They were able to accommodate the girls getting their full set of liquid gels with art and my French pedicure at the same time, with plenty of room to spare. On top of all that their prices are more than fair, especially for the job they did. Overall it was a really good experience and made our night! They all did a great job. We will definitely be back."
