When the carpet was being laid the installer noticed a flaw. (Honest for him to point it out.) The rest of the role was also flawed and it was no longer in production. Brian found a similar carpet that was even better quality and ordered it for the same price. Imperfections is just a part of life- but really happy with the way they handled it."
