"I went on 10/28/23 to get my nails done & this is what I walked out with. I have to say Quinn must be new to doing nails or not understand the concept or how to do them. I literately drive 45 mins to go to Success nails, I usually see Tito and he has always done fantastic nails but he was busy, my fault for not making an appt. So they had me with Quinn. I am so speechless to say the least & yes I paid for those, they gave me a discount but still had to pay. I am floored on how someone is doing nails and really can’t."
"Go see Niki she is the best at acrylic full sets, the shape and perfection is beautiful and she has great customer service. Her pedicures are wonderful with a good massage."
"The women at the front desk is cold in unwelcoming. Sanitation is a concern. They were putting their gloves into the scrub directly on clients, implements were not in sterilized pack. Techs were arguing with one another and my manicure is already chipped after less and 48 hours. The manger didn’t care to offer a solution or even fix my experience after I said MULTIPLE times that I was unhappy with my nails. Save the $100 bucks and find another place. I ONLY gave it 1 star because my tech was a kind older women and she did the best she could."
