"We came in and looked around until we knew what we wanted to take home some samples. There was only one person helping another customer. Then I saw another sales person started helping a customer that came in after us. After that I saw another sales person working with someone else and we waited for someone to help. I went to the counter to see if the lady there could give us some sample tiles as that’s all we wanted at that point after waiting for so long already I didn’t want to ask any questions or needed help with anything but to give me the 3 sample tiles. The last sales person saw me talking to the lady at the counter and finished helping his current customer and walked right past me after he was done with his customer, not even acknowledging us at all.
