"My family and I had been discriminated against during our visit to the Fort Myers location. While interacting with the staff, we noticed that we did not receive a friendly greeting. We also encountered difficulties in obtaining the assistance we needed. One of the employees, who later introduced themselves as Leslie, seemed to follow us around the store. Additionally, we noticed two other employees named Gloria and John Anthony, monitoring our movements during our time there. Our family was particularly concerned when Leslie followed my grandmother into the bathroom after hearing a radio broadcast mentioning someone going in there. When I requested to speak with the manager at the front counter, I encountered some challenges. Manager Denise seemed to be occupied with other matters and did not promptly respond to the request. Despite several attempts to get her attention, she did not come forward. As a result, I went back to the department where we noticed the employees following us. At that point, all three employees appeared reluctant to engage with me and attempted to hide their name tags. It is important to address such incidents in order to promote a welcoming environment for everyone, especially considering the diverse community in which this location operates. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these concerns and ensure that paying customers are treated with dignity and respect."

"Went there around 6 pm on Saturday night. Went to check out and only one register open and she was having a problem with a customer. Finally another person came to the register and rang up 2 people and then went on break. There had to be 30 people in line. My wife went and found someone working in the isle to tell her what’s going on. The lady said I guess I can go up there. After 20 minutes in line we left, a long with a few others. Horrible service. Will not go back there"

"As a person who sews, JoAnn is my favorite of the chain craft stores. This particular outpost of JoAnn always has a nice selection of fabric and other craft supplies. The store was remodeled some time in the past maybe five years, so it is moderately clean. The staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this JoAnn location for one's crafting and sewing needs."

"Wow, giant quilt machine you can rent! Lovley quilter let me take photos. Wowza, lots of great stuff inside. Miles of fabrics. Tons of yarn. Sewing, knitting, crafting stuff galore. Check out my new pics. Also, aisles of children's crafting items. So much stuff! I spent an hour and a half! Got a huge haul! Staff is excellent as always. Crystal cut my fabric for me, and she was so informative. Sign up at the kiosk to get a text message when you can have your fabric cut. No need to wait in line. There are these huge tables throughout the store, where you can lay out your project items, and see if you need something else. Used one myself during today's visit. Joann's is so much fun. Come and check it out! They have the most fabulous new shopping carts. They are getting in wonderful Christmas items. I got a huge haul today, as usual. I bought several fabrics for different projects. Can't wait to get started! I love shopping at Joann's. There are so many really cute things. I found a small canvas bag that will be perfect for carrying my lunch to work. It was under ten dollars, and you can decorate it yourself. There are always adorable seasonal decorations available to brighten your home. This is always a fun stop! Check out the fabulous Christmas ornaments."
