"The application of the nail polish was done very poorly. It started chipping within less than 24 hours, and I could still see remnants of the polish from my previous manicure on some of my nails. The shape of my nails was inconsistent and uneven. I had to file them myself once I left. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that I had previously received great service during my two previous visits. The person I had booked with was running 30 minutes late, so I opted for the next available nail technician, but I regretted not waiting. While I appreciate that the service was offered for free due to the inconvenience, I still feel like I should have received a decent manicure. I am hesitant to recommend the salon based on this experience."
"Yaiset, Jany and Ghislaine are the sweetest of all! This place is perfect if you have delicate skin and nails, I’ve seen such an improvement in my nails after some bad gel manis I did in the past with so many chemicals. Here, everything is chemical free, they have amazing products and the atmosphere is very chill and cozy."
