"I have been coming here for almost 2 years and can easily say that this is the best nail salon in Miami! Every time I come in for my appointment I always walk into such a welcoming environment. They never fail to accommodate your needs so that you can have the best experience and end result for your nails. Melissa, who works at the front desk, is always so helpful when making your appointments. She is so understanding and always does her best to find and accommodate appointments within your personal schedule. A big shout out to my incredible nail tech Rita who always leaves my nails impeccable. I have other family members who do their nails at this salon with the other wonderful nail techs and they always leave their appointments very satisfied. If I could give this nail salon 10 stars I would!"

"The nail technicians are super nice and friendly. The owner’s daughter Melissa (receptionist) has an attitude like everyone says on the reviews. They have pretty decent prices which is why I went for so long. I was 30 mins late today and they told me they couldn’t do both my pedicure and manicure, so I only got a pedi. I always pay $37 for gel mani/reg pedi, I paid $26 today for a pedicure ($23 as the sign shows + $3 credit card fee). When I asked her why they charge so much for paying with credit card, she said “we don’t charge you for paying with a card, Bank of America does” with a huge attitude lol. I don’t even have bank of America so I’m assuming they do. Credit card processing fees are normally around 1.5 percent, I’ve worked with small businesses before. This was a 13% fee charged to me for paying with card. That’s ridiculous. Just be honest and raise your prices if you wanna make more money. No wonder their recent reviews have been so bad. Ps, if you want the best of the best go with Wendy, she’s a god at doing nails, a perfectionist and they always last me soooo long vs doing them with other people. Misbel and Martha have also done a great job on my nails. They’re all super sweet and funny, you’ll have a good time there for sure."

I have been visiting for a couple years now and can confidently recommend them to anyone as I have always felt accepted and very satisfied with their professionalism and fabulous service. "this place is horrible i came here at 10:30 and its 1:30 and i still havnt left they didnt listen to me made my nails bleed. super chunky not good at anything i have never been here before it a bad impression my friends and and i started crying my nails have never been this bad before the other nail technician even said its bad i feel horrible"
