"they 'bought' a remnant from us, came to pick up the remnant, dropped a check off but the check bounced. We've called over and over again, tried emailing, resent the invoice multiple times, never heard back. We sent someone from our company to collect the payment with the copy of the invoice and proof that the check bounced. When the person from our company arrived, they didn't want to provide any information, kept making my guy drive around from shop to shop, couldn't answer our questions, showed no interest and no assistance whatsoever. The lady at the front desk cussed my guy out and said she didn't care about why we were there. Our office continued calling to see if we could reach anyone - literally anyone but no one answered. Think they blocked our number. Completely unacceptable. We try helping by selling them a remnant that they needed and now we get thrown under the bus. Never again will we sell anything to this company."

"Stop looking and go no further...I have the best experience with the owner and his employees. He not only upgraded me when he didn't have to but his work was impeccable. In these times of covid and minimal employees he gave me nothing but professional and the beauty of his work. I originally had another granite picked out which turned out hard to get he upgraded me and was able to deliver in a timely manner. His crew of hard workers made sure measurements were accurate. They came in installed, cleaned and were done in no time. If you go anywhere you are wasting your time. They will give you everything and a reasonable price. The owner comes out personally and makes sure you are happy.."

"Went to FBD and picked out a quartz slab for my island and breakfast nook. Turnaround time was 5 days and price better than other places I went to. The new secretary had just started working there and communication was an issue. This is where they lost one star in the rating. His office person had gotten COVID and has not yet returned due to the generous government assistance, hence the problem for businesses to get and keep their employees. The new hire didn’t workout. There was a flaw in the slab but Charles took the chance and cut it anyway, which was 1.5 inches less in the width. It did make a difference. He was upfront and said if I didn’t love it to come pick out another stone and he would recut at no cost to me. He did a great job and I was able to choose any slab he had on the lot. They also let me use the quartz so I could have a full working kitchen until the new counters were cut.They delivered the day it was promised, at 7 PM! Long hours. He even took the time to seal the granite. Plus they let me keep the quartz. Charles was a man of his word. He even made the countertop wider so we could use stools!"
