"Unfortunately, my experience was anything but a pleasurable one. I would never use this company again. We went with this company because they have been in business for many years and thought they were reputable. From start to finish it was terrible. We were given a 7-10 day time frame and other than us calling 3 times and no return calls, a team of 6 show up 7 weeks later and then cut the carpet short and had to have it pieced. We paid over $3,200 for our lanai and this is what we got. Then to put the icing on the cake, they took the balance of the payment out of the credit card without my authorization. I was going to request a discount for their unprofessionalism and installation; however, i wasn't given that opportunity. Thanks Bob's Capet for a job unwell done."

"On Saturday (1/24) my wife and I went in to Bob’s looking for carpet for our daughters room. It was a small job but the salesman (Bobby M.) seemed to have the right recommendation and knowledgeable about the options. He came off as attentive and we were initially happy with our interaction. We set up an appointment (for Wednesday 1/27) for him to come by to measure carpet and discuss the next step. We chose the time that we did because it had allowed my wife to take off minimal time from work. After no one showed up or called, my wife called and Bobby said that they were so busy in the store that he couldn’t leave and asked if my wife could do the next day instead. My wife told him that she took off work to be home for this and could not reschedule. After some discussion Bobby ended up being able to come out almost 45 minutes after our scheduled time. After measuring, Bobby said he would give us a call the first thing the next day with an accurate quote and to schedule installation. It is now two days later and no communication from the salesman. We have given up between calling them to hold them accountable for appointments they set and waiting for their call back with a quote. I guess the job is too small for them to pursue."
