"BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I went back to get my pedicure fixed because they got messed up. I noticed the color didn’t match my nails and I asked the guy that did my nails, Kevin, for pink to match with my French manicure, the color they gave me instead was peach. They wanted to charge me extra for changing the color to what I originally asked for. I was not about to pay extra. Insane that I paid $100+ and the treatment I got from Jenny was “I don’t want to deal with you, that’s your fault, pay extra” absolutely gross customer service. These people give Asian nail salons a bad reputation. Hard to believe these two are adults with the way they gained up on me for asking to fix their own error. Honestly, you shouldn’t be in business if you can’t acknowledge your mistakes and lack basic customer service skills. Another point I want add is how I noticed between yesterday and today a few people came in with chipped acrylics or nails. That’s a sign of poor work and cheap product quality. Go somewhere else, seriously. These people are price gouging and could care less to do a proper job."

"I have been going to see Jenny for almost 2 years now. I never leave the salon disappointed. Sometimes I bring her some design's I find on Instagram, and she copies it perfectly and other times she improves on the to make the look better. I highly recommend the salon. I clean and all the techs are nice and polite."

"3 days ago I went to get a refill on my nails. The experience was going well UNTIL there was inconvenience. Staff did not ensure my nail design had properly dried under UV light which caused a need for me to return back to the salon for repair. I met with the same technicians who I worked with on the first visit and they seemed a little upset that I complained. I also noticed when looking at my nails underneath there were holes that moisture can enter. I showed the nail tech and she was only willing to add nail glue to a few of the nails. She told me that it wasn't her problem to help with this and that she basically doing me a favor. Those were her exact words. This was no genuine favor at all because when glue was added they were so focused on getting me to leave the store, they again did not ensure the nail glue had dried. I had actually been patronizing this location on and off. This experience has reminded why I have not remained a loyal customer. Now I have to go home and repair my own nails. For the price I paid I could've went elsewhere and received more professional work and better customer service. Update: I guess I received a reply from the owner who was not present during either the initial or repeat servicing. The point? I should have never had to return. Quality should have been assured during the initial visit. After all, any work you do on the customer is a reflection on the technician and the business as a whole. I was referred back to this place by Jenny, the actual owner. But it were truly experiences I still feel deserved improvement. To state, " It's not my problem" instead of taking ownership and COMPLETELY rectifying the situation is a Debbie downer. Forcing the blame on the customer or inconveniencing the customer will NEVER be the answer. As a technician there were better alternatives. If there was a suspicion of natural nails having holes after a refill, then a fair recommendation could have been made. But that never happened. A consultation could've happened and it never did. And no excuses as far as I'm concerned on assuring nails were completely dry. What I witnessed was only an attempt to make money and not one to assure quality. Assuring nails are dry is standard, not an added bonus in service."

"I have known Jenny for 9 years. She is the proud owner of this great salon. The place is clean, appointments are always on time. She welcomes you with a great smile. They follow covid-19 rules as per county regulations. Her manicures are top of the line. I highly recommend them!"
