"Brandon was awesome! Helped us with everything we needed and even took the time to look for a coupon to help out with costs. Give him a raise! 10/10 :)"

"The associate went above and beyond to find an old paint order for me which I needed quickly before my contractor was scheduled to begin some work. I waited outside the store to be sure I was the first customer and I was in a panic. I had too small of a sample of paint and it was undetectable from the paint reader. He didn’t give up and and researched my account and really went the extra mile. In my haste, I didn’t catch his name. He was the only employee at the Lithia, FL store on Tuesday 12/19/23 at 7am. I hope he gets a raise!"

"Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Quite the turnaround from the wonderful customer service we used to get there for years. Bad attitudes won’t keep the customers coming back. Will be taking our business to a friendly-service paint store. Driving a little further out will be worth it."

"Horrible customer service, can't give me a to go sample bc whatever reason he made up at the time. Then wants to sell me a quart for double the price I would pay for a to go, then wants to sell me on a full gallon bc I'm not happy about paying double for the same amount of paint as a to go sample. And this is the management. I'll never come to this sherwin Williams again. By the way I've had a commercial account for over 5 years and never had an experience like this"

"I'm in the midst of picking all new colors for my house, so I've been picking colors and ordering samples online as I go. I want to preface this by saying that I've worked in retail and hospitality before, and I really try to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to customer service. I know it's not easy being the front line to customers who are often rude and demanding. But after sitting with this I am honestly still confused and baffled by it all. I placed two different online orders for pickup. There's a big sign on the front window that advertises curbside pickup with the store's phone number, saying to call and they'll bring it right out to your car. I absolutely by no means think I'm owed curbside pickup, I will happily make arrangements to run out without my kids so I can pop in and just grab it. Both times when I called and said that I had placed an order online and was there for curbside pickup, the employees (two different ones) both paused and said "... are you not going to come inside?" Like I said, I have no problem going inside to pickup orders anywhere, a lot of places who started curbside during the pandemic have moved to in store pickup only and I understand why because it's extra effort for employees that are often already spread thin. Both times the parking lot was empty, so I thought it would be ok. The first time I had my 9 month old in the car, so when I saw the sign I thought oh great, I won't have to get her out since she gets mad when she's taken out and put back in quickly. Not a necessity, but a welcome convenience for sure. When I got that response from the employee I felt really bad, thinking maybe there was a curbside option I hadn't selected, but he told me that I had to sign something electronically so I needed to come inside. No sweat, I took the baby in, but it turned out I didn't actually have to sign it electronically and he even apologized saying he could have brought it out. Totally get it. So when I ordered my next sample, I thought the whole issue was a misunderstanding. I planned to go inside for my pickup just to be safe but I happened to be out with my kids, saw the parking lot was empty again and thought ok, there's a huge sign advertising curbside pick up, it's fine. I'll try it again. But then the same thing happened again except this guy was even ruder about it. This time I not only had my 9 month old in the van, but my 9 year old who literally has double leg casts and can hardly walk. I was taken aback when he was so nasty about it so I said, I have to ask, there's a big sign out front advertising curbside, but do you guys not actually do it? And he said that they do but no one ever asks for it. Which made me feel really bad, but how was I supposed to know? He did offer to bring it out anyway and was nice face to face. I don't know, maybe I'm a jerk for asking them to run my sample out front and I'll own that. I 100% could have run out without the kids and come in and get it, and like I said that was my plan until I saw the sign. I figured it was ok since there weren't other customers there. I just cannot for the life of me understand the employees being so rude when I called asking for a service literally advertised in the front window AND on the automated message when you call the store. Even if they had just been nice about it, like "I'm so sorry I can't run it out right now, would you be able to come in and get it?" it would have been no sweat and I wouldn't be writing a review, because again I have absolutely no problem getting out of my car. My issue is the way the employees handled it, like I had called and asked them to deliver it to my doorstep by hand. I have the ability to get out and walk in the door, but there may be some people who physically can't and it would suck for someone to expect it to be ok based on the sign and then get talked down to in that manner. So the point of all this is, maybe take down the sign or explain to the employees that they shouldn't be rude when people ask for it, because how are we supposed to know?"
