"This was a third store we visited to get some tile for my son's house renovation. The Lowes and Home Depot had no staff to help us navigate through all the tile options and no one knew about their inventory. When we got to The Tile Shop Terry Walter greeted us and never left us until we found something we liked. He kept us in the shop after his store hours to finalize the purchase and he matched the price of tile we saw in Home Depot. Great customer service, which so hard to find nowadays. We also got some very good advice from him on grout choices and installing. The picture I took is to show that we were the last clients that night and they did not rush us out of the store. Big help when your own work hours only allow you to shop after 5 pm."
