"I've been coming to BABY nail bar for last few years now consistently. But my last visit was not what I expected. I always go for a dip mani/regular pedi and take this time to relax from a stressful work life. But recently, it has been anything but relaxing and yesterday was the worst. I had an appointment with Adriana and I have never been cut so many times. I never get cut, period. But she was cutting my cuticles and making me bleed left and right, toes included. And she wasn't apologetic about it at all. She laughed and said my cuticles must be really sensitive. I can assure they are not because this NEVER has happened to me in the years that I've been getting my nails done here. They were still bleeding when I got home. Needless to say, I'm disappointed how this nail tech handled the situation and I sadly will not be coming back to where I always used to rely on getting good service and good nails."

"If I could give this place negative starts I would. The owner at the front desk is extremely rude and basically laughed in my face when I told him that 6 of my nails fell off 4 days after I got a full set of acrylics. He said they do 3 day guarantee might as well get press instructions at cvs. He was extremely unprofessional please don’t come here and save your money. There’s places way better that will treat you like a human being. Horrible never coming here again."

"Horrible work done by one of their employees. These nails are just shy of a week old and no I didn’t do anything to alter the color. Horrible dip quality. Crooked nails that were not fixed even though I mentioned it was crooked. I asked and paid for coffin and definitely did not get what I asked for lol all are different.The only reason I didn't fix right then and there is because they were already closed by the time I finished and was leaving on a trip the very next morning. I got back last night and when I called the receptionist told me to come in and fix them to only get a call from the manager that it will not be covered. I’m sorry I’ve had my acrylics and dip done before and this quality is unacceptable. My gel or dip powder usually last me 2-3 weeks. These nails turned this nasty yellow color the very next day. If you want quality work and quality products I suggest you go elsewhere."
