"I have been going to Hot Nail Spa South Miami for the past 2 years. I tried 6 other nail salons in the South Miami area before finding this gem - it’s the best by far. All the girls there are so nice and do fabulous work! I have never had any problems, but they do offer to repair your nails if they should break or chip within 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place!"
"I made an appointment last week and had to wait 30 minutes before being assisted - the appointment was not honored and the nail tech I requested did not do my nails. They have a special combo pricing if you do a dip manicure and regular pedicure (which I did). Upon checking out, the technicians told me I could not use the combo pricing and overcharged me. I would have let this all go, however, every one of my nails started to chip within two days. The clear coat first cracked and has now been totally removed. For an $82 manicure and pedicure, you would expect better quality."
