I showed up at 2:15 for a 2:20 appointment and i’m told by an incredibly rude person that the lady that does sugaring and waxing is ill and can’t make it. She somehow told all of her clients except me? So unprofessional and so disappointing as I have my bachelorette tomorrow. They truly could care less. RUN, don’t walk."
