"This was absolutely horrible. Especially for my girls. When I scheduled I specifically told them I was bringing my two young girls. You would think they would put them with kid friendly people. But no. The water was scolding hot. When the girls told them, they didn't seem to care and walked away. They asked for a color and we said it was for the feet. They never asked for the hands yet because we were doing the pedicure first. Then when they sat down, they said that they were going to do the manicure while doing the feet. When we told him they wanted a different color they said 'oh you should've told us' WHAT! The one girl did not even speak to my one daughter. Not even asking her if the water was OK. And the guy was so rude to my other daughter. Maybe they were both having a bad day. I don't take it out on my girls who are having their first Mani Pedi. When I was checking out, no one even asked how it was. Oh, and my one daughter had nail polish on the sides of her finger nails, so he didn't even clean it up. Horrible experience."
"Absolutely horrible experience. They did an awful job on my nails. I went back so that they could fix them, and this is what they did. It looks like a kindergartner did my nails. I paid $75 for this. When I asked to speak to a manager for a refund I was denied one, and hung up on. Unbelievably disappointing. Don’t waste your money here."
"AWFUL. My nail tech told me to relax when I told her my nails were crooked she didn’t listen to me and mindlessly listened to music while doing the exact opposite of what I requested. The color isn’t the color I wanted the almond shape doesn’t look good and they all around look terrible. On top of that she charged me a relatively low price because she knew the service was awful and that the nails looked bad. I wish I got the name of the woman who did my nails but she did them terribly. I’m taking them off right away less than 10 mins after getting them done."
