"I have been waiting for months to write a good review in case SHIRAZ MUKHTAR fixed the problem. He doesn't like I am calling him to ask about when he is coming back to fix it. So I stopped calling him and still waiting. He says that he didn't get the materials yet. His employees ruined the Door Threshold which they installed and I asked him to replace it. And I asked him to replace one of the windows which they installed because it is not staying up. Shiraz is lying in his reply. He hasn't fix the problem yet. We paid 100% of his money which we can prove. That may be the reason he doesn't want to come back and fix the problem. The threshold is still broken. The first day itself we showed his employees the problem with the window since he was not available. He didn't like when we showed him the next day. He will get his stars back after he fix the problem. I will NOT recommend him to anybody until then. Shiraz, I didn't want to do it at all. But the time you fix the problem is the time of your work completion. I removed the wall problem from the review after realizing that those people are not your employees. And I apologize for that. Keep in mind , we are not holding your money, we can prove it with the bank documents. So stop lying."

"I had my Kitchen and dining area tile redone. I also had the living room and common area rug removed and replaced with tile. The process from start to finish was awesome! Shiraz was so helpful and the work came out beautifully. It flows so nicely and makes the area look so bright, airy and larger. "We used Nancy's Interiors to add a shower and to remodel a bathroom, close in an open loft area including adding a door, installing a counter top, replacing defective dry wall around a large kitchen window, and replacing faucets in our kitchen and master bath. As soon as Shiraz , the owner, came for our initial interview, we new right away we had found the right person for the remodeling work we were doing. He was very engaged from the start with questions and ideas. He knew exactly what we wanted to accomplish and came up with many good ideas. The work took several weeks because we were moving into a new house and had other contractors painting and replacing flooring. Nancy's coordinated very well with the other contractors and, in fact, also ended up doing some painting and tile work for us. Their crew actually helped the painters we had hired with advice on painting a portion of a popcorn ceiling. We were very impressed with the responsiveness of Shiraz and his crew and the quality of their workmanship. We also felt that the prices quoted us for all the work they had done were very reasonable. We enjoyed working with them and hope to do so again in the future. We consider ourselves very lucky to have called Nancy's given especially the variety of things we needed to get done and our tight schedule for getting them done."
