The manager and another sales dilemma helped me get the bolts off , put washers on the bottom and realigned the screws on the bolts! They are always fantastic and nothing seems to be a problem! On several occasions, Neil has patiently helped me figure out what I needed for my project, for which I was clueless. Drew is a relatively new employee. The way he greeted me when I walked in the door and his eagerness to help indicated he's a great addition to the business. His care for people and his eagerness to learn will take him far. "I came here to get six nuts, white hair old man, behind counter seem to be a permanent fixture behind the register complained of my not properly, identifying the nuts on the paper bag (I had photos of prices)belittling me saying it’s written in four languages. He would rather complain, then to assist. When I returned the second time, he stated oh much easier. So he’s looking for an easy job instead of helping the customer. No wonder he has such a dead end job with a dead end attitude. I try not to come here to begin with and I’ll definitely not return here and go to Ace Hardware on Aloma."

Always friendly service that go out of the way to sell you what you need and explain how to install it. They even show me how to open up the hook to better catch on the wall unit Thank you for being our Local hardware store."
