"Never usually have a problem at this location but we checked online to see if we could bring our puppy in and the site said we could. We had a horrible experience at customer service returning an item. The lady helping us was extremely rude and passive aggressive. She told us that we were not allowed to bring our dog in the store and that she doesn't like dogs. She gave us an attitude the whole time. As we were walking around we saw a few other dogs. We asked 3 other employees about the dog policy and they were all very nice and said there was no problem bring in our dog. The cat lady needs an attitude adjustment."

"I normally try to avoid most HDs in favor of a different big box. But, sometimes you have no choice. I had to find M4 screws and the smallest on the racks was 6. I asked a guy in the screw isle and he pointed and told me they were in a drawer back there. I couldn't find that anywhere and asked an employee walking by. I asked if he had a second and he replied "I'm always busy, what do you want?" ((Keep in mind it's a nicely dressed outfit so, I'm thinking that it's a manager.)) He tells me everything is in the aisle I was in first and there's nothing in the back of the store. Now I remembered why I avoid it. Plus their stores are always a mess!"
